When you submit a booking request through this website, we collect the following personal data:

• Name and surname — to identify the guest
• Email address — to send booking confirmations and communications
• Phone number — for operational communications regarding the stay
• Number of guests and stay dates — to manage availability

This data is processed exclusively to manage the booking and the contractual relationship with the guest (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

This website uses only technical session cookies (PHPSESSID), strictly necessary for the correct functioning of navigation (language selection, form data retention). These cookies:

• Do not profile or track users
• Are automatically deleted when the browser is closed
• Do not require your consent (Art. 122(1) Privacy Code, as amended)

No analytics, marketing or third-party cookies are used.

Booking data is retained for 10 years from the date of the stay, as required by Italian tax and civil law. Contact request data (without booking) is deleted within 12 months.

• Email service providers — for sending transactional communications
