House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please read and respect the following conditions.

🕐 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
  • Check-in: from 12:00 to midnight
  • Check-out: from 09:30 to 10:00
  • Please let us know your arrival time in advance — the host will be available to welcome you.
❌ CANCELLATION & PAYMENT
⚠ CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is free up to 15 days before check-in.
After this deadline, the deposit will not be refunded.
We recommend cancelling early if you have any doubts about your booking.
  • A 30% deposit is required online to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid online within 7 days before check-in.
  • The city tax (€6/person/night, max 10 nights) is to be paid in cash at check-in.
📅 BALANCE PAYMENT DEADLINES
  • 7 days before check-in → you receive the first reminder by email with payment link
  • 5 days before → second reminder if the balance has not been received
  • 3 days before → final urgent notice
  • 2 days before → if the balance has not been paid, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded
👶 CHILDREN & COTS
  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • Children aged 18 and over are considered adults for pricing purposes.
  • Cot (0–1 years): available on request at €5/day, to be paid separately.
  • No extra beds are available.
  • No minimum age for check-in.

📋 GENERAL RULES
  • Smoking: not permitted inside the property.
  • Parties and events: not allowed (including hen/stag parties or similar events).
  • Quiet hours: from midnight to 07:00.
  • Pets: not allowed.
  • Special requests can be noted at the time of booking — we will do our best to accommodate them.

  • Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance — you can include it in the special requests at the time of booking or contact us directly.
  • In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), the property has implemented extra safety and hygiene measures.

⚠️ GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
  • If the guest, or their companions, cause damage to the property or its contents, the relevant costs will be charged upon departure and/or upon discovery.
  • In the event of loss of the assigned keys, a fee of €200 will be charged.
  • Guests are required to return the keys to the room and entrance at check-out.
  • Valuables and documents must not be left unattended in the apartment. The property accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • To ensure the safety of all guests, common areas outside the apartments may be subject to CCTV surveillance with remote recording.
🏠 PROPERTY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The property accepts no responsibility for damage caused to the guest by events related or unrelated to the use of the apartment, including physical harm, property damage, loss, theft, robbery or other criminal activity.
  • All responsibility is expressly disclaimed for the loss of valuables or documents left unattended in the apartments.
